This is reflective of the biodynamic producer's concentrated, elegant, serious wines. Toast, broken stone, and wild herbs hint to the native yeast ferment in French barrique, while the seamless, concentrated and full bodied palate shows the pedigree of the grapes. Fine, crystalline lemon, fleshy white peach and ripe pear flow to the very lengthy finish, textured with persistent fine spices and alive with a shimmering acidity.
