Champagne, FranceThis blend of 53% chardonnay and 47% pinot noir (15% of which is Coteaux Champenois pinot noir) is aided by 14% reserve wines. After a minimum of 24 months sur lattes, this was disgorged with 10 g/L. Pouring a deeper salmon hue, this leads with baked rhubarb and sugared cranberry before a softer, doughy, cherry jam palate, aided by the cushy dosage to a tart, gently spiced finish. A friendly, easy rosé champers for beginners.Tasted: 19 September 2025Tasted by: Prices:
Champagne, FranceCandied cherry, light floral and potpourri scents ring this medium bodied fizz. Lemon verbena acidity helps drive the rustic and loose palate. A simple style here that you can serve liberally before dinner, preferably with canapés. The blend is 75/10/15/ chardonnay, pinot noir and still red wine from the Coteaux Champenois.Tasted: 10 December 2015Tasted by: Prices:
