Blue Mountain Blanc de Blancs R.D. Méthode Traditionelle 2008

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaVery fine, persistent mousse with lemon, baked granny smith, floral, light toasted nut, butter, grassy aromas. Round, elegant, delicate palate with fine mousse. Lemon, baked apple skin, buttery, nutty flavours. Finish has a nice roundness but finishes austere and somewhat tart. The geeks will love the extreme acidity and fresh style. Must be served with food to counter balance the acidity.Tasted: 14 December 2015Tasted by: Prices:
