Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaThis medium pink hued rosé was sourced from Vancouver Island's Cowichan Valley. Eighteen hours of skin contact amp up the intensity and colour a bit, as well as gives up a gentle riff of tannins. After initial reductive notes, pretty, gentle strawberries, raspberries, tart rhubarb and orange peel emerge. The light bodied, lean palate carries a cushion of lees and underripe pear.
