Singletree Winery Farmhand White 2014
Fraser Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSingletree started planting vines in Fraser Valley's Mt. Lehmann in 2011 and opened their wineshop in 2015. This is a blend of estate sauvignon blanc and pinot grigio. Sharp, malic acids spike out through the 100 percent oak ferment, the citric notes a striking contrast to ample toasty wood.
