Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis sauvignon has some 30 percent juice that has been aged in Slavonian oak. The result is a sauvignon with softness and texture. The nose is an herbal citrus mix the palate similar with more citrus and lime rind notes. Clean and soft with a short finish. A bit more complexity or a little less oak would help here.
