Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaRipe white peach, bitter citrus, pear skin, floral elderflower and biscuit lead this traditional method bubble, a blend of estate pinot gris, ortega, müller-thurgau and 5 percent pinot blanc sourced from Oliver. A peachy cushion is cut with pithy tangerine acidity streaming through to the tight finish.
