Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaI like how this blend is getting less aggressive upfront showing more fruit and site with an amazing peppery undertone. The attack is fresh with bright acidity, ripe black olive, blackcurrant and dried dusty herbs with a pinch of mineral. This needs three to five years to really settle in and tell its story but it’s a fine start.
