Jackson-Triggs Okanagan Estate Meritage Grand Reserve 2012
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIt’s tough to get beyond the big cool, savoury, dried herbs nose that smells more like 2010 than 2012. The attack is astringent, resiny and spicy with a sour cherry, soya, black fruit undercarriage and medium black olive, licorice flavoured finish. This needs time but it may be too cool and over extracted to reach great heights.Tasted: 14 October 2015Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $20.99 | 750ml | VQA stores / private wine shops |
