Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is a fun easy-sipping style fruity style riesling. The fruit is all estate grown in Oliver and handled gently by hand including employing a whole bunch pressed on the crush pad. The nose and plate are open with a floral, light mineral character followed by fresh, lemon lime flavours with just a whiff of peach. The style is dry and very food friendly.
