Champagne, FranceA blend of 50/50 pinot noir and chardonnay for which 90% are grand cru vineyards with 12 years before disgorgement. Very toasty, nutty, honey, baked apple, baked pear, strawberry, floral aromas. Round, fresh, elegant and creamy with fine mousse and good acidity. Long nutty, toasty, lemon custard, honey, orange peel, raspberry, baked green apple flavours.
