Penedès, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainIt's not every day that you get to taste a straight xarel-lo, one of the three main grapes of Cava. Herbal wildflowers, cream and citrus lead the nose and bright palate, one cushioned with a layer of fine lees and herbs.
