Awatere Valley, Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandOpen nose with nutty, grapefruit rind, canned jalapeno, floral, lemon grass, green apple, honey, passion fruit, vanilla and waxy lees aromas. Fresh, round, juicy and dry palate with good elegance and acidity. Lemon grass, passion fruit, grassy, gooseberry, nettle, lees, waxy flavours. Good complexity and finesse if a bit leesy.
