Noble Ridge Reserve Meritage 2012
Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaTake the 2011 and turn it up a notch. This is the ripeness that turns heads yet still with the attractive savoury dried herbs undercurrent. The attack is round and soft the tannins supple, the blend fruit juicy. Look for smoky cedar, ripe cranberry, black berry flavours and some substantial but round tannins. There is no rush here. You could drink this this fall with apiece of roasted meat or cellar it for two to three years and let it unfold. Well done.Tasted: 01 September 2015Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $30.00 | 750ml | winery direct |
