Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWhole cluster pressing and fermentation in concrete eggs and older French oak adds some textured complexity to this viognier, made in consultation with winemaker Senka Tennant, of Terravista Winery. Lime, peach fuzz and green apple aromas. Apricot picks up on the medium palate, along with dried sage, green apple, bitter melon, mandarin and lemon pith. Narrower, focussed style of viognier, with hints of tropical perfume peeking out. Well handled.Tasted: 18 September 2015Tasted by: Prices:
