Kanazawa Sakura Rosé 2014
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis deeply hued pinot noir rosé is soaked on the skins for four days before a wild ferment, resulting in a full bodied and substantial wine. Cherry, earth and cured meats open on the nose and carry through to the punchy, salty body. Sharp acids duke it out with candied fruits, leaving the palate a bit unresolved. Pour with grilled meat sandwiches or burgers.Tasted: 30 September 2015Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:BC | $17.99 | 750ml | winery direct or private wine stores |
