Hermitage, Northern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceFine black pepper aroma over roast meat, smoky, savoury, garrigue, chocolate, black berry, light compost and prune notes. The attack is round, full and elegant with smooth, dry tannins. Coffee, vanilla, chocolate, black pepper, black berry, smoky, licorice flavours with a bit of roast beef and tobacco on the finish. Not a big style but has good intensity and structure for mid-term aging of 3-7 years.
