Chablis, Burgundy, FranceFresh lemon, seashell nose with struck matchstick, green apple, herbal/peach aromas. Dry, fresh, elegant, tighter style but with a juicy palate of lemon custard, green apple skin, saline, spicy, grassy, chalky flavours. Good intensity and length with fine complexity.
