Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAnother solid release from Corcelettes, this time it’s a 60/40 cabernet sauvignon /syrah mix heralded as the winery’s flagship. The fruit a fine mix of fresh black fruit and stony minerality comes off the rocky Middle Bench Vineyard in the heart of the Similkameen Valley. There’s plenty of pepper and both red fruit (plum) and dark fruit (black cherry) flavours with classic sagebrush underneath - the garrigue of southern BC.
