Dry, fresh, elegant, juicy palate with fine intensity. More lemon, baked green apple, lees, garlic, butter, vanilla, toasty, grassy, chalky flavours. Excellent flavours and intensity but initially marred by excess sulphur use. It will dissipate over time but why not reduce it at the source.
