Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis has changed a bit since the last time I tasted it in 2015. Pear nectar, yellow apple butter, dried apricot, fine spice on a fatter palate, finishing with warmed sesame oil. After basket pressing, this was fermented in neutral French oak and then aged in barrel another five months prior to bottling. 11.5 degrees, 12.9 TA, 242 g/l RS.Tasted: 10 February 2019Tasted by: Prices:

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFresh lemons, covered in honey come to mind on the nose with a squeeze of tropical fruits. The attack is super sweet and intense with big apricot, orange, honeysuckle and lemon flavours. Intense and long the finish linger but it is not cloying if anything it can be a touch acidic. The winery recommends it with cheese. We like the idea of a chocolate dessert.Tasted: 01 September 2015Tasted by: Prices:

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLemon curd, honey and pineapple lead the very sweet nose and carry through to the candied, heady palate. Snappy vibrant and pointed citrus acidity moderates the tropical sweetness and lingers on the finish.Tasted: 11 August 2015Tasted by: Prices:
