Gaspereau Valley, Nova Scotia, CanadaThis tight, light white is pierced with key lime and perfumed with white flowers. A blend of chardonnay, ortega, sauvignon blanc, vidal and riesling, Vēro is a tight and zippy coastal white, with lean gooseberry, lime, light acacia and searing acidity gobbling up 17 g/l of residual sugar and finishing just off-dry. A powdery/chalky note lingers on the lime pith finish.
