Keremeos, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis crisp, traditional method bubble blends chardonnay and pinot noir into a crisp, dry and lively Similkameen sparkler. Toast, green apple and cracked stone aromas are the entry to a tight lemon pith, chalky, green apple bubble. Body and concentration are light but focussed - this leaves the palate as quickly as bubbles can pop. That's not a negative - it just requires filling up with another sip, stat. A great pour with salty starters or snacks.
