Cawston, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaDeep cherry colour. Black cherry, pruney, tobacco leaf, light compost, peppery, resiny, inky, coffee, chocolate, vanilla aromas. Dry, elegant, slightly tight palate with light tannins and some sharp acidity. Prune, coffee, peppery, black olive, resin, tea leaf, green bean and dried herb flavours.
