Corcelettes Trivium 2014
Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSimilkameen's Herder Estate is under new ownership, a Swiss family Baessler, and the winery is named after their home farm town Corcelettes. Trivium is a mix of some 50 percent chasselas with gewürztraminer and pinot gris all grown in the Similkameen. The result is a very clean and fresh style white with a mix of yellow fruits all with a stony mineral undercurrent.
