British Columbia, CanadaCool rind-y, gooseberry nose with grassy, floral, nettle, pea shoot aromas. The attack is juicy but spare with bright acidity and chalky, green apple, grassy, nettle, grapefruit and light passion fruit flavours. We like the intensity and length but the acidity rules at the moment.
