Seven Stones Standing Rock Meritage 2009
Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFresh cedar-y, peppery nose with light mercaptans, lees, blackberry, tobacco and coffee aromas. Full, round, dry, juicy palate with some tannins remaining. Resiny, coffee, peppery, tobacco, smoky, prune, meaty olive flavours preview a warm, ripe finish. This needs another year or two in bottle to get to maturation.
