Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileThe secret blend is a 53/20/15/7/5 cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah, petit verdot, carmenère. The not so secret nose is ripe mixing sweet floral notes with candied black fruits. The palate is soft and sweet with black fruits, vanilla, cloves and a touch of milk chocolate powder. A very commercial red chasing a market with a sweet tooth. Use the sugar to cool down spicy dishes.
