Salt Spring Island, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2011 Debut blend is 80 merlot and 20 cabernet franc. The nose is a mix of muted vanilla, cherries and pepper. The textures are soft and slippery with very quiet red fruit flavours mix with bits of tomato paste, cedar and spice.
