Yecla, Valencia and Murcia, SpainOpen peppery, savoury, chocolate, floral nose with black berry, meaty, smoky aromas. Dry, fresh, elegant but slightly lean palate with licorice, tobacco leaf, olive, peppery, orange peel, black cherry, rooty, coffee flavours. Solid fruit but a bit lean and gripp-y on the finish.
