Eau Vivre Sauvignon Blanc 2013

Cawston, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis crisp sauvignon blanc is the first I've ever tasted from Similkameen Valley. A very subtle nose with light citrus notes. The light, mellow body offers crisp, subtle lemon, with a light skiff of tight melon before a shorter finish. Simple, dry and bright - and not much else going on here. If you desire a crisp, lightly citrus, neutral wine that doesn't remind you much of sauvignon blanc, here you go.Tasted: 07 July 2015Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
