The fruit, a varying amounts from Casablanca, nearby San Antonio and Rapel, bring citrus and elegances, mineral notes and exotic fruit respectively. We like the cool fruit and freshness in the structure and the richer, mango fruit in the underbelly that makes this an enjoyable wine to sip with appetizers or to serve with a variety of shellfish recipes.
