Cawston, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFive clones used and aged in French oak barrels. Spicy, savoury, cedar, resin, light raspberry and vanilla aromas. Round, fresh, juicy, elegant palate with light tannins. Rhubarb, raspberry, tobacco leaf, carrot top, peppery, coffee, orange peel with a slightly bitter coffee and herb finish.
