Pirque, Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileSappy cassis, menthol, bay, peppery, black cherry nose with tobacco, vanilla and cedar aromas. Rich, full, juicy, slightly tannic palate with cassis, black berry, coffee, vanilla, balsamic, bay, menthol, thyme, licorice and tobacco flavours. Pure one hundred percent cabernet sauvignon mixing 85 percent Block Las Terrazas, Old Pirque Vineyard, Maipo Valley and fifteen percent Puente Alto Vineyard, Maipo Valley both over poor alluvial stony soils over more gravel.
