Western Cape, South AfricaSimilar to previous edition but this time with just a little less intensity of coffee and chocolate but then the scorched earth effect sets in and covers the fruit from back to front. The palate is soft and silky but the flavours are both sweet and sour with a strong smoked leather finish.
