Montilla-Moriles, SpainAt 2.5 grams per litre of sugar this Solera system fino from the D.O. Montilla-Moriles is bone dry. Made under a blanket of flor for more than four years in American oak casks this fino is not fortified reaching 15º alcohol thanks to the Pedro Ximénez must. The colour is pale with a yeasty, tangy nutty, toasty, rancio nose with citrus aromas. The attack is dry, fresh and elegant with more nutty, rancio, apple skin flavours.
