McLaren Vale, South Australia, AustraliaYangarra is a biodynamic McLaren Vale producer focusing on single-vineyard Rhone variety wines. Roussanne, rarely seen in Oz, shines on these soils of sand and ironstone gravels. Wild yeasts and a lack of sulphur and fining have created a savoury, textured, waxy white, herbal and wild meadow flower aromas, fresh with grapefruit and lychee acidity, and plumped with honeysuckle, nutty lees, florals and musk melon.
