Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWith an addendum of 'Meritage' to the Ping name on the label (and a pronunciation guide on the back), See Ya Later is trying to make this wine as clear and accessible as possible. Merlot/cabernet sauvignon/cabernet franc have been assembled and a proportion aged in new French barrels to yield aromas of cedar stave and blackberry, and a peppery, sweet, ripe palate of dense blackberry, plum, mocha and fig compote.
