Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaDry cedar-y toasted espresso oak with tomato leaf, peppery, sappy, meaty black fruits. The attack is smooth but acidic with resiny smoked peppers with vanilla, tomato paste, tobacco and leather flavours.
