A rare site in Canada this ripe cabernet franc has both structure and quietly but forcefully pulls itself across your palate. Blueberries spice and chocolate mark the mid-palate along with some impressive 'dusty' fine grained tannins and a pure fruit finish. Nowhere near ready to drink it does tempt you to throw a leg of lamb on the grill and finish the bottle.
