Tuscany, ItalyLe Volte is the little brother to Super Tuscan Ornellaia, and keeping in the family, ages for 10 months in old Ornellaia barriques. Black cherry, dried cassis, black plum aromas. Fresh acidity carries dense fruit across the palate - wild blackberry, black cherry, anise, tar, dried flowers are wrapped with sticky tannins and finish with fine peppery spice. Gravitas in youth.
