Banyuls, Côte Vermeille, Roussillon, Sud de France, FranceBrick pecan colour with chocolate, raisin, toffee, peppery, spicy, honey, soy, apricot and prune aromas. Rich, fresh, elegant, moderately sweet with good acidity and balance. Apricot, raisin, prune and chocolate flavours flecked with orange peel, cedar, tobacco and spice flavours. So well balanced and fresh without high alcohol. Very fine shape and will keep. A fortified version yet only at 16% alcohol and 60 years in wood.
