The blend of cabernet sauvignon, cinsault, grenache and syrah swirls on the palate, lively yet structured around sea salt, white pepper, savoury wild herbs and red currant. The crisp grapefruit laced finish lingers, encouraging you to keep nibbling on the charcuterie and olives.
