Yarra Valley, Victoria, AustraliaEstablished in 1985 by well known Aussie wine expert James Halliday, Coldstream Hills is one of Yarra Valley's best known wineries. This pinot is sourced from grapes in the Lower and Upper Yarra, and is partial whole bunch before seeing time in new and aged oak. Warmed cherries and subtle cedar wood spice on the nose. the medium bodied, supple palate teems with sour cherry, ripe raspberry, nutmeg and five spice.
