Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCedarCreek has decided to isolate single blocks of their vineyards when the demonstrate something striking and unique, like this Block 4 pinot noir from 2012. Wild yeast further expresses the individuality of site, here showing dark, dusty plums and subtle leather on the nose and palate. Tannins are fine grained, veering towards stems and earth, while acidity is black cherry piquant.
