Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFresh strawberry/rhubarb cedar cherry nose with a dash of floral, Worcestershire sauce and menthol aromas. Fresh, round, juicy, suave palate with cherry/rhubarb, tobacco, celery salt, vanilla and leather flavours. Fine balance and finesse with the structure to age and improve over the next two to four years in the bottle.
