CedarCreek Rosé Pinot Noir 2013

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNo big change here from year to year. The colour is pale pink after a seven day cold soak. The nose a slightly candied strawberry nose. The attack is soft and just off -dry at 9 grams per litre of sugar but with freshness and purity. The winery call it pinot unplugged and it's getting lighter and brighter every year. Like last year the food pairing is a big summer charcuterie platter.Tasted: 09 June 2014Tasted by: Prices:
