Clare Valley, South Australia, AustraliaOpens with pencil, big herbal notes into savoury black cherry, red cherry, fine dried raspberry. Great structure, fine, grainy tannins covered with savoury iodine and branchy/earthy interest. Still pure and fresh now 10 years on. Finessed and deep with flavour.
