Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileAlways one of the best Chilean pinot noirs the trick with 20 Barrels is to give it some time in the glass or even better decant it for an hour. Look for a big spicy, strawberry/plum nose with bits of compost and leather. The palate is similar with rooty with red fruits, liquorice, orange rind and compost flavours with refreshing acidity. Smooth silky full flavoured pinot calling for duck confit.
