The cuvée is predominantly chardonnay, perfumed with 10 percent orange muscat. Ripe peach and pear blossom dominate, on top of a big frothy mousse and a pink grapefruit bitter twist on the finish. Pair with summer brunches or therapy sessions with good friends.
